Operational, mechanical, and cosmetic conditions may exist and are unknown. May have visible wear and tear on all items. Parts may be missing and/or inoperable. No other information regarding these items has been provided by the releasing agency. Any general questions regarding these items should be directed to the releasing agency at the time of inspection.

It is sold as is no warranty. When picking up items, please have PRINTED PAPER COPIES of: 1. The notice of award 2. Payment receipt, and 3. State issued personal photo identification and 4. ONLY IF being picked up a THIRD PARTY (such as a shipping company), in addition to presenting the three items above, the third party will also be required to present a PRINTED copy of  STATE ISSUED PHOTO ID of the BUYER. Viewing of Auction items by appointment only.

PayMac, handles all payments for The City of Los Banos. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

The City of Los Banos sales tax of 8.75% will be applied to all applicable purchases, excluding vehicles and motorcycles. The buyer is responsible for calculating and including the applicable sales tax amount at the time of payment.

Buyers Premium: A 9% Buyer Premium will be added to the Final sale Price.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Unless prior written authorization is obtained, the buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt, from Public Surplus) must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: The City of Los Banos may require a non refundable bid deposit to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
