Description
2015 Dodge Caravan. This vehicle was purchase new by WISO. It was used as a prisoner transport van for it's entire term of use at the Sheriff's Office. This vehicle is sold "as is", "where is" with no warranties implied or expressed. This is buy at your own risk. This vehicle has normal wear and tear including dents, dings, scratches, rust, and normal wear and tear from years of use. Vehicle was purchased new with 94 miles and comes with clear title free of liens. This vehicle interior also has several areas where police equipment was removed so there are holes, plugs and brackets present in some areas. This vehicle is equipped with PW, PB, PS, AC, PM, CC, Keyless entry, NO REMOTE START. Vehicle does run and drive but may need to be towed or jump started when removing. Vehicle has been taken out of service. We reserve the right to discontinue the auction for any reason at any time, or repost if reserve is not met.
PAYMENT, INCLUDING APPLICABLE SALES TAX, MUST BE MADE ON THE PUBLIC SURPLUS SITE PRIOR TO PICKING UP THESE ITEMS
Winnebago County personnel will not be available to assist with pick-ups. All items must be loaded and transported by the buyer. The County has no equipment to assist with pickups. Buyers are responsible to load and transport item.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Winnebago County will charge applicable sales tax of 5% The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up. Winnebago County personnel or equipment will not be available to assist with pick-ups.
