The City reserves the right to reject any bid. Bidders are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding. Failure to inspect does not relieve Buyer of responsibility. Buyer assumes all risk of loss and liability upon payment and/or release of the item(s). Buyer is solely responsible for all packing, loading, removal, securing, and transportation. The City of Henderson will not provide assistance. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Henderson, its officers, and employees from any claims arising from the purchase, removal, possession, or use of the item(s).
If a third party is picking up on Buyer’s behalf, written authorization must be emailed to Purchasing@cityofHenderson.com prior to release.
 
Pick-ups are by appointment only, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., and must be scheduled at least one (1) business day in advance

Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.

Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s), if necessary.
