Description

DUE TO LIMITED STAFF AVAILABILITY QUESTIONS NEED TO BE SUBMITTED VIA THE PUBLIC SURPLUS WEBSITE.  AUCTION VIEWING AND PICK UP MUST BE ARRANGED WITH A CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT TO ENSURE STAFF AVAILABILITY.

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSING MAY BE RELISTED AND SOLD WITH NO REFUND OF PAYMENT.

2018 Toro Z-Master 72" Mower. Vehicle was operational when removed from service. 1335 hours. Diesel. Maintenance records for the vehicle are not available.  

No known issues reported by our Fleet Maintenance Department. Unknown issues may exist.  


Vehicle is "AS IS/WHERE IS." Winning bidder is responsible for pick up, loading, hauling and removal of item.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

City of Kennewick may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

Pick-up hours by appointment only. Pick-up appointments are available between 7AM TO 3:30PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the City of Kennewick will not release the item to you.
