Description:
Fort Wayne Community Schools is offering for auction a floating dock system consisting of five (5) buoy-supported sections.

Included in this sale:

  • 2 dock sections: 16 ft x 4 ft x 5 in

  • 3 dock sections: 15 ft x 4 ft x 5 in

  • Buoys: 3 ft x 4 ft x 1 ft (attached to each section)

  • Connectors: Included to attach all sections together

  • Bungee cords: Included (used to help secure sections; stored in a bucket with connectors)

This system was previously used as a connected floating dock and can be assembled using the included connectors. Bungee cords were utilized to provide additional stabilization between sections.


Condition:

  • Used

  • Shows normal wear from use

  • No inspection or testing has been performed by FWCS

  • Sold as a complete set


Important Notes:

  • Sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees

  • Buyer is responsible for inspection prior to bidding (by appointment)

  • No returns or refunds


Pickup / Transportation:

  • Located in Fort Wayne, Indiana

  • Buyer is responsible for all loading and transportation

  • Equipment is large and will require appropriate transport and manpower

  • Appointment required for pickup

Viewing of auction items by appointment only.

FWCS may require bid deposits to ensure fairness.

PayMac handles all payments for FWCS.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium, if applicable, will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for picking up the item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within fifteen (15) business days after payment has been made. You'll need to provide identification at pick-up, or the item will not be released.

Items will become available for pickup 5-7 business days after payment has been made.

Pick-ups are by appointment ONLY. FWCS will NOT release item(s) without prior confirmation of the following:
1)notice of award
2)payment receipt
3)information detailing the party responsible for pick-up

If necessary, the successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s).
