Description
The Good: The interior and exterior are all in fair condition. No significant body damage to the exterior.
The Bad: Vehicle has not moved in awhile and does not start at this time. The driver seat is torn. Very dusty and some of the bench seats have minor rips and fading needs cleaning. Decals tracings still visible after removal.

THERE WILL BE A FLAT FEE OF $10 TO MAIL A TITLE AND/OR BILL OF SALE.
As per the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to relist any item left over 30 days without any obligation to refund any amount to the original buyer.

All items are sold As Is, Where Is, without warranty, expressed or implied. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or by the removal of the item.
Items sold must be paid for within 5 days and picked up within 10 days of close of auction at the City location indicated. Pick up times are Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm, holidays excluded, unless otherwise stated.
IF A BIDDER HAS BEEN BLOCKED BY 3 OR MORE AGENCIES, THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO BLOCK THAT BIDDER WITHOUT ADDITIONAL NOTICE.
Except for vehicles that will be registered for use on public highways, gross receipts tax will be added to ALL purchases made unless the Buyer provides a valid tax-exempt certificate at the time of payment.
All computers are sold without an operating system (Windows). All hard drives have been formatted or removed.
City of Farmington employees are not eligible to bid on items originating from their own work area (division). See item code for originating area. Certain exceptions apply.
Small package shipping may be available for a nominal handling fee, and at the sole discretion of the City. Read auction listings carefully for details. Buyers must send a prepaid shipping label if shipping is allowed. No international shipping.
A Buyer's Premium will be applied to all auctions.
