5 Boxes of Miscellaneous Projector lamps - Various Models - potential OEM and non-OEM brands - Lamps & Lamps with housings or a combination therein.
Condition: Unknown (many are new in box)
SOLD AS IS - NO WARRANTY
A picture ID must be presented for pickup.
All items must be picked up within 10 days of the auction closing date or the buyer forfeits the items.
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MOVING EQUIPMENT INTO VEHICLE.
ALL AUCTIONS ARE SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS, NO WARRANTIES, NO GUARANTEES.
FOR ALL ITEMS AN APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR PICK-UP, AFTER PICK-UP IS SCHEDULED, WE HAVE A LOADING DOCK AND STREET LEVEL PICK-UP AVAILABLE. PLEASE LET US KNOW WHICH YOU PREFER PRIOR TO PICK UP AND ITEM WILL BE MOVED TO THAT LOCATION FOR BUYER TO MOVE INTO VEHICLE.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
State/Local Sales and/or Use Tax. Baltimore County Public Schools may collect a sales tax of 6%, unless the Buyer has provided a valid tax-exempt certificate to Baltimore County Public Schools prior to payment.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
