Any winning bidder not fulfilling their obligation will be considered to be in default and will risk losing the privilege of bidding on future auctions.

Successful bidder will be responsible for all shipping costs. ORNL Property Management will provide shipping assistance to those with U.S. address only unless specified as a local pick-up only sale.
ORNL will load all items that are picked-up at our location.

There may be additional defects or issues with the property and it is solely the obligation of the bidder to confirm the condition. Seller shall not be liable for any differences in the description and the actual property. Unless otherwise specified in the description, the property will be available for public inspection at the Property Sales Warehouse. For all sale items located at the Property Sales Warehouse or at other locations, inspection times are available between the hours of 7 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday -Friday and must be scheduled in advance. NO MINORS ALLOWED ON-SITE
