Up for bid are 5 pallets of fire rated doors. Some doors have handles, push bars, auto closers, and/or kick plates. These doors have sat outside during our recent storms and some doors have warpage or swelling. All doors are being sold in AS-IS condition with no guarantee of condition nor functionality. Winning bidder must take all doors. If you do not want certain doors, it will be your responsibility to dispose of them. Leaving a pile of doors behind will result in a ban from future EVIT auctions, please bid accordingly.
 
Winning bidder is solely responsible for loadout. Please bring appropriate equipment and personnel for pickup. Forklift assistance can be provided with this auction with far enough advance notice that we can ensure that we have the forklift and driver available. Pickup by appointment only, see contact info above.

PayMac, a third-party payment processing company receives and processes all payments and will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

The credit card limit per transaction is $4,000.00. For payments larger than this amount, follow the instructions listed under Wire Transfers.

EVIT will charge state/local sales tax on all items.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises and is responsible for packing, loading, shipping and/or transporting of items if necessary, and no later then 10 days after "notice of award".

Bid deposits may be required to ensure fairness to all buyers.
