A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

Some vehicles will not pass SMOG and it is the buyer who will be responsible for these repairs.

The item purchased immediately becomes the responsibility of the purchaser at the time it is sold by the City of Watsonville.
ITEMS PAID FOR AND LEFT BEHIND AFTER THE 10 DAY PICK UP TIME WILL BE RELISTED AND SOLD ON ANOTHER AUCTION UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. NO REFUNDS.
