NOTE: We are unable to answer questions about this item after 3:00PM CST the day of the auction closing.
PAYMENT
The successful bidder will be required to remit payment within five (5) business days and REMOVE the property within ten (10) business days from the date of Notice of Award/Winning Bid Email.
Failure to make payment within five (5) business days may result in the item going to the next highest bidder.
Failure to pick up an item within ten (10) business days will result in the forfeiture of any payment made on the item.
We reserve the right to block/ban customers who abandon property or refuse to pay for an item.
Accepted forms of payment are as follows:
Cash (for auctions $500.00 and under), Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Money Orders.
**Cash shall only be accepted for auctions in which the total amount due is $500.00 or less**
*If paying in cash, bring exact change. Additionally, payment must be received in the Purchasing Division PRIOR to pickup.

PICK-UP
Pick-up time is to be scheduled with the Technical Contact listed above, after payment has been received, and prior to arrival at the facility. ADDITIONAL BIDDING INFORMATION
The winning buyer is responsible for making all arrangements and costs associated with the removal, shipping, and handling of this item.
When an auction specifies that a bid deposit May Apply, it means that when bidding reaches a certain point (around $500.00) a bid deposit will be required. Before bidding reaches $500.00, bid deposits will not be required. Bid deposits only affect the WINNER of the auction. If you fail to pay for the item within 5 business days you may be considered a default bidder. If you default, you will lose your bid deposit amount.
Remember: Your bid is the same as a contract - Please only bid on an item that you are serious about buying. Bogus Bidders will be blocked! A winning bid constitutes a legally binding contract.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST
St. Louis County officials/employees are prohibited from using privileged government data obtained through their position to further their own private interests.

St. Louis County reserves the right to accept or reject any/all auction's bids or any part of an auction's bid.

St. Louis County is not responsible for any omissions or errors in the description of items being offered for sale. Under no circumstances will a refund/adjustment be made due to the property failing to meet buyer's expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bidder shall indemnify and hold St. Louis County harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses and expenses, demand or cause of action arising/alleged to have arisen out of the sale or failure to sell any property including claims of personal or bodily injury, death, or contract damages.
