PICK-UP
Buyer must remove item(s) within 5 business days of payment receipt notification. Payment receipt email must be presented at the time of pick up or item will not be released. If terms are violated there will be no refund. The winner is solely responsible for loading, hauling and any disassembly needed for removal.

PayMac, handles all payments for County of Anne Arundel, Maryland. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.
Buyers Premium: A 9.5% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Processing of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: County of Anne Arundel, Maryland may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pickup hours are by appointment only, Monday through Friday. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment, you may need to reschedule. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
