Lost title - We have all the paperwork ready for the new owner to get a new title in their name

May need a jump start due to sitting for a year.

standard rust for the age of this vehicle.
Tires have good tread, but they have cracks on sidewall from age
vehicle has some shelving built in the back for storage.
I do not know if the A/C units work.

Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment.
