All items are sold as is, no refund, no guarantee.
All communication (questions/answers) must be posted to the Questions section located in the top right of this page so the information can be shared by all potential bidders of this site.
Questions asked in the final 8 hours of the auction may not be answered.
Items must be removed from The University of Montana Facilities Services within 10 Business days of the notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment.
The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal ID must be provided at time of pick-up.
The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from The University of Montana Surplus and must take all items at time of pickup. Due to liability, University personnel will not be able to help load or secure items.
WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS.
If you are having a third party picking up an item(s) for you, you MUST send an email from the email address listed on file with Public Surplus before the item(s) are picked up.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP IN PERSON.
NO SHIPPING IS PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

If you are out of state, please DO NOT BID unless you can come pick up the item(s) in person.

PayMac, handles all payments for University of Montana.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This fee is being charged by Public Surplus.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only, Monday - Friday between 9:00AM to 3:00PM
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
