All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. Successful bidder is responsible for all packing and/or shipping costs. City of Garland will pack small items in a padded envelope at no charge. A pre-paid shipping label is acceptable for small items. For shipping arrangements, consider Pak Mail of Garland (972) 487-0260.
Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected for taxable items unless a valid TX sales tax exemption certificate is provided. Exempt Buyers should ask for sales tax to be removed prior to making payment.
Buyers Premium: An 8% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price.
