This is an auction for a 40-foot tall standpipe water storage tower/tank. The paint was determined to be LEAD-FREE. Was taken out of service this year by our Water Department. Is empty at this time. Capacity 8000 to 10,000 gallons. Is sitting on a 14' x 14' slab. Appears to be a 10' circumference.
*** EXTRA TIME WILL BE GIVEN TO WINNING BIDDER FOR ARRANGEMENTS TO BE MADE TO UN-INSTALL AND FOR MOVING. PICTURES ARE TO SHOW ABILITY FOR CRANE AND TRUCK TO ACCESS YARD.***

GSPD HAS THE RIGHT TO END AN AUCTION AT ANY TIME AND BLOCK OR BAN ANY BUYER WITH POOR FEEDBACK

Public Processing, LLC handles all payments for The City of Granite Shoals.

NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10% may be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
