All TUSD markings and license plate will be removed prior to sale.

Payment is required within five (5) business days from the "Notice of Award".  Buyer has five (5) working days from notification of Paid Receipt to pick up items.  Buyer must present a valid photo I.D. for payment and pickup. If an individual other than the buyer is to pay for and/or pick-up the item(s), buyer must provide the district with a written and signed letter of authorization for this individual to conduct business on the winner's behalf. This letter must include a copy of the buyer’s photo identification, and must be provided to Asset Management prior to pickup.  Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility (PLEASE read our terms and conditions thoroughly). No assistance in the removal of item(s) by the seller will be provided.

There will be a 7.25% buyers premium and 8.7% tax added to all purchases made. Buyer must provide proof of tax exempt status prior to making payment.

Successful bidder will be responsible for all cost of shipping item(s) if necessary. TUSD will not assist with any packaging, preparation for shipping or loading.
