Payment and removal is required within five (5) business days from the "Notice of Award". Awarded winner must present a valid photo I.D. for payment and pickup. If an individual other than the awarded winner is to pay for and/or pick-up the item(s), awarded bidder must provide the district with a written and signed letter of authorization to conduct business on the winner's behalf. This letter must include a copy of the awarded winner's photo identification, and must be provided to Asset Management prior to payment and pick-up. Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility (PLEASE thoroughly read our terms and conditions). CPU's and tablets have batteries and hard drives removed. TUSD, as a matter of safety and security for our students and staff will not provide any password, (pass codes, combinations, or any other information) to access any technology sold by the district.
No refunds or adjustments will be made on any award(s).

Payment and pick up of items must be received within five (5) working days from the "Notice of Award" emailed from Public Surplus.
Winning bidder must have items picked up and loaded no later than 2:00 p.m. Please call to schedule appointment for payment and pick up.
Accepted forms of payment are Cashier Check or Money Order made payable to TUSD. Payment and pick up location is 2050 East Winsett Street Tucson Arizona 85719.
There will be a 7.25% buyers premium and 8.6% tax added to all purchases made. Buyer must provide proof of tax exempt status prior to making payment.
Successful bidder will be responsible for all cost of shipping item(s) if necessary. TUSD will not assist with any packaging, preparation for shipping or loading.
