VEHICLE SHOULD NOT BE DRIVEN, PLAN FOR TRANSPORT. EXHAUST IS DISCONNECTED. VEHICLE IS LOUD AND EXAHUST COULD COME INTO VEHICLE PASSENGER AREA WHILE DRIVING!
RUNNING CONDITION: Fair, exhaust must be replaced (on the ground) starts and runs well.
GENERAL CONDITION: Fair; Right side cargo door not opening. Underside and body rust issues (see photos) Interior: Seats okay. Steering and suspension good.

CURRENT ISSUES: Passenger side door will not open – parts are loose in cargo area. Exterior has rust lower body in several locations (SEE PICTUREs), Interior is dirty. Normal wear, typical for used vehicles of this type and use.
MAJOR REPAIRS IN PAST 18 MONTHS: A/C hoses replaced and system recharged. Tires were replaced 14,000 miles ago.
Vehicle’s primary use was for delivery and pick up of the City’s interoffice mail and small packages.
