TRUCK DOES COME WITH A SNOW PLOW. TIRES ARE WORN BUT SERVICEABLE. SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY. ALL AUCTIONS MUST BE PAID WITHIN 5 DAYS OF AUCTION END OR WILL BE MOVED TO NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER. Per Virginia Code § 2.2-3110 A. (7), City employees are limited to a $500 maximum contract amount, including any buyer premium and state/local sales and/or use tax, per item. This also applies to any family member living in the same household. If any employee is found to have been awarded an auction on an item over $500, the award will be canceled.
