Description

1993 is an estimate of the year. There is no title nor proof of year of manufacture. This tractor has been parked for many years but was a working machine when parked. It now does not run as the battery has been removed long ago and it has hydraulic issues. 
 
PRE BID VIEWING IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY AND ON THURSDAY APRIL 2 FROM 1:30 - 3:30 pm. YOU MUST CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT.
 
Bring a wrecker or trailer with winch to load, come prepared. Tractor comes as is, no warranties, no guarantees. No work can be performed on City property.  

We are not mechanics and will not diagnose or answer any questions on issues about usability. 

Tractor sold as is and without any warranties or money back

Winning Bidder is responsible for removing vehicle for property within 10 business days on close of sale. Pick up times 8a to 5p Monday-Friday available.

Winner Bidder most supply copy of Driver’s License and Receipt from auction paid at time of pick up or email ahead of pick up.

Scheduling Appointment for Pick-up:

  • After winning auction, complete payment, then call or email to schedule an appointment for pick-up. 817-597-5312  cgeeo@weatherfordtx.gov
  • Pick-up days are Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM.
  • Appointments must be scheduled for at least one (1) business day in advance.
  • Attempted pick-ups outside of scheduled time or without an appointment will be turned away, no exceptions.

Pick-up procedure:

  • The pick-up address is 1311 EUREKA ST Weatherford Texas 76086
  • Upon arrival, call 817-598-4139 to let us know you have arrived.
  • Be prepared to show photo identification and payment receipt as required.

Vehicles may have dents and paint may be scratched, chipped, or peeling, interior may be worn and stained, glass may be chipped or cracked, decals have been removed but impressions remain, License plates will be removed if show, there may be holes from radio and equipment removal.

PayMac handles all payments for City of Weatherford.

State/Local sales and/or Use tax of 8.25% shall be added to all purchases made except on vehicles. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up.



All pick up or shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
