DESCRIPTION:
Starts and runs with a jump. Battery dead. Agency reports without other detail, "Alternator believed to be bad. Starts right up when jump started. Sometimes throws alarm and hydraulic arms stop working. Turn off machine and they resume working when restarted". Has scratches, scuffs and dings throughout consistent with active use. We do not inspect or perform any diagnostics on vehicles or equipment prior to offering items for sale to determine mechanical or operational condition. Body: Heavy rust (pictured) typical for equipment operated in coastal environment.
