A Pitco industrial gas fryer setup featuring two SG14R/SG14RS vats with a middle dump station is no longer needed by this school district.  This SG-14 fryer w/ dump station uses natural gas and provides a high-capacity, integrated frying and draining station for busy commercial kitchens.  This unit is ready for your industrial kitchen!!!

  • Frying Vats: Two full-pot 14 x 14-inch tanks.
  • Oil Capacity: 40 to 50 lbs of oil per vat (total 80–100 lbs).
  • Heating Power: Atmospheric tube-style burners delivering 122,000 BTU/hr per fryer, totaling 244,000 BTU/hr. 
  • Middle Dump Station: Matches the 15.6-inch width profile of the Solstice line, featuring a recessed drain pan and screen to stage and de-oil batches right on the line.

Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days by appointment only after notification of award unless otherwise specified in auction listing. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

Successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
