Description
Pick-up location will be the District Office, located at 175 Avon Belden Rd., Avon Lake, OH 44012. The parking lot for the District Office is the U-shaped driveway off of Avon Belden Rd. (Rt. 83) - the entrance reads "Avon Lake School" and has a decorative archway.
**Be advised that all items listed on this site have been previously used and may contain defects. Also be advised that the buyer is solely responsible for ALL loading, shipping, transporting, coordinating payments and pick-ups with the district within the proper time frame, no exceptions, terms and conditions are strictly enforced. Please bring sufficient equipment, tools, and manpower to assist with the removal of your asset. The district does not assist with loading. In the event of a third party (non-buyer listed) picking up your items on your behalf, please send an email (include in the email a copy of your ID) giving your consent and authorization to allow the third party to remove your items from the premises on your behalf. For questions concerning the above item, to schedule an appointment to view the item, or to pick up the purchased item, please contact the Auction Contact. All pick-ups will be by appointment only.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Avon Lake City Schools will charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
