Description

Key Points for ALL Bidders:  NO late payment, NO shipping, NO third-party pickup, and NO refunds.

  1. PICKUP REQUIREMENT
    • Winning bidder must pick up the item themselves.
    • Must present valid ID at pickup.
    • No third-party pickups allowed.
  2. PAYMENT TERMS
    • Payment is due within 5 calendar days of winning the auction.
    • If payment is not made by day 5, the bidder will be defaulted, blocked, and the deposit will not be refunded.
  3. PICKUP DEADLINE
    • Items must be picked up within 10 business days of the auction.
    • No extensions or exceptions.
  4. CONDITION OF ITEMS
    • Sold “AS IS” – no refunds.
    • Inspect items before bidding; call to schedule an appointment.
    • Bidder is responsible for all labor and materials for removal.

All items are sold As Is, Where Is, without warranty, expressed or implied. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or by the removal of the item.

Items sold must be paid for within 5 days and picked up within 10 days of close of auction at the County location indicated. Pick up times are Monday & Wednesday (Closed Fridays) between 8:00am and 5:00pm, holidays excluded, unless otherwise stated.

Except for vehicles which will be registered for use on public highways, applicable governmental gross receipts tax will be added to ALL purchases made unless the Buyer provides a valid tax-exempt certificate at the time of payment.

All computers are sold without operating system (Windows). All hard drives have been formatted or removed.

Bid Deposits: SAN JUAN COUNTY may require bid deposits.


An additional 2.5% processing fee shall be added to final sale for credit cards, with a $2.00 minimum; for E-Checks there will be a $2.50 fee that shall be added to the final sale price.
