Condition: Working condition and includes case, folio keyboard, and pen. HARD DRIVE HAS BEEN REMOVED/CLEARED FROM DEVICE.
Pickup Location: 101 W. GREENE STREET, CARLSBAD, NM
Pickup Availability: TUESDAY– THURSDAY 7am-5pm (CONTACT JESSICA STYGAR TO SCHEDULE PICK UP. MUST SCHEDULE PICK UP)

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If you are not planning to pick up your items in person or have someone pick it up for you, you will need to arrange packaging and shipping. Please contact Pac N Mail at 575-887-6245. Once you let them know you will be using their services, please notify me by either phone or email at 575-887-9511 ext. 2521 or jessica@co.eddy.nm.us so I know when to deliver your item(s) to Pac N Mail. You will need to also provide me a copy of your identification by emailing me a photo at jessica@co.eddy.nm.us. Your identification address and Public Surplus address must match. To prevent fraud, please be prepared to identify yourself to Pac N Mail with information from your identification. Your information will not be saved by Pac N Mail, it is only for verification prior to shipping. Please contact me by phone or email if you have any questions.

Eddy County may require a bid deposit.
PayMac Inc, handles all payments for Eddy County.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10% may be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
