PayMac Inc, handles all payments for Portales Municipal Schools. Acceptable forms of payment are Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment must be received within five (5) business days from the Notice of Award from PublicSurplus.com and complete removal of all items must be made within five (5) business days from the Notice of Award.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
Portales Municipal School will charge sales tax which will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Bid Deposits: Portales Municipal Schools may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary.
