The Buyer's Premium and MDT's 10% deposit must be made within 3 days of the Notice of Award or a Buyer's Certificate.
The Bid Balance may be submitted by Wire Transfer or other methods of payment as outlined in the MDT Notice of Sale of Real Estate under Section 5 of the Detailed Terms and C.
