Payment must be received within (5) days from the Notice of Award from PublicSurplus.com and complete removal of all items must be made within (10) days from the Notice of Award.
Sales tax of 7.375% shall be added to auctions.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item. Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of shipping item(s) if necessary.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
PayMac handles all payments for City of Pequot Lakes.
