Description
Participation in this auction is limited to those holding a current federally issued gun dealer's license. A "Certified Copy" (defined as a clean and legible copy of a license with an original signature) of the license MUST be on file with the City of Houston's ARA Asset Disposition ("PDMO") Warehouse before bidding access is granted. Upon receipt of the "Certified Copy" of the FFL, a bidder will be notified their account has been added to the prequalified list.
If we have a clear copy of a current picture ID (acceptable forms are drivers license, passport, or a state issued ID) you can request shipment of your long gun at a rate of $30.00 per box (limit 1 gun per box). Guns will only be shipped to the person and address listed on the FFL for the winning bidder. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping cost must be charged in a seperate transaction via credit card. A receipt for purchase of gun as well as receipt for shipping cost will be provided.

INSPECTION OF THE RIFLE IS PERMITTED FOR FFL PARTICIPANTS ONLY TUES - FRI, 9:00 - NOON AND 1:30 PM TO 4:00 PM.

Items sold must be paid for and picked up within 5 Business days of the close of the auction at the City location indicated, unless otherwise stated in description. Pick up times may vary at each location. Bidder must read the Terms and Conditions for complete information.
Buyer is responsible for inspecting items offered online and all bids must be based solely on the buyer's personal inspection and evaluation of the item.
WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS, THE WINNING BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF THE ITEM.
No service of any kind will be furnished by the City of Houston. The winning bidder will assume any cost of weighing, packaging, crating, loading or hauling.
Buyers Premium A 9.5% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
Customers are expected to take all items included in the auction. Abandonment of any items may lead to the customer being blocked.
PayMac handles all payments for City of Houston.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
