Description

2003 18' Cape Horn vessel (VIN FAB17624J203) with Yamaha F115TXRB outboard motor (S/N 1008037), 2002 Owens aluminum trailer (VIN 4EHAS17182S004441).
Motor and vessel have not been operated for quite some time, so operational status is unknown and should be considered suspect.

Payments Full payment by Certified or Cashier's check made payable to University of South Florida must be presented to seller prior to removal of item(s).
University of South Florida charges sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment, unless bidder has a current Florida sales tax exemption certificate, which must be presented with payment or prior to bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 7% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. It is preferred that pick-up occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award but this time period may be extended if approved by the seller. The notice of award, payment, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released. A notification of sale and receipt of payment will be issued to the buyer upon completion of the transaction.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
