Truck is ready for service, Texas State Inspection has been performed and sticker applied.
This unit is being offered by the City of Houston Solid Waste Management Department and is located at their facility at 5617 Neches Street, Houston, TX 77026.

TERMS OF SALE: Purchase must be paid in full within 5 working days of auction closing. The truck will only be released to the successful bidder once verification of payment is made. Buyer is responsible for removal of the truck from City property.

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless seller for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during sale or by removal of the truck from City property. No service of any kind will be furnished by the City of Houston. The winning bidder will assume any cost of weighing, packaging, crating, loading or hauling.
Buyers Premium A 9.5% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
Customers are expected to take all items included in the auction. Abandonment of any items may lead to the customer being blocked.
PayMac handles all payments for City of Houston.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
