Guarantee Waiver: Property is offered for sale "as-is, where-is". The City of Aspen makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the property offered for sale. All sales are final after the property has been removed.
Viewing of items by appointment only. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description or contact the person listed to schedule an inspection.
Bid Deposits: City of Aspen may require bid deposits.
PayMac, handles all payments for City of Aspen. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
Sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 7 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment.
