Auction items may be inspected by appointment only. All items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties or guarantees.

Lassen Union High School District may require a bid deposit. PayMac handles auction payments for the District. Payment must be made by wire transfer or credit card within five (5) business days after notice of award. Cash, checks, and money orders are not accepted. The District charges 8.25% sales tax.

Buyers must pick up items within the time frame stated in the listing. Items not picked up by the deadline will be forfeited and may be sold again. Payments will not be refunded.

The District generally does not ship items. Shipping requires District approval before the auction closes and is considered case by case. If approved, the buyer must pay shipping costs separately to the District. The purchase price and shipping costs must be paid in full before shipment.
