Seller will not provide mechanical help or loading assistance. Come fully prepared to load your items and be prepared any possible situation. This includes bringing your own tools, flatbed trailers, dollies, forklifts etc.
Buyer is responsible for loading. Seller will not assist.

A Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. The credit card limit per transaction is $4,000. For payments larger than this amount, follow the instructions listed under Wire Transfers.

Lucia Mar Unified School District will charge the successful bidder a sales tax of 8.75%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
