PayMac, handles all payments for Bullhead City. Acceptable forms of payment are Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid. 5% premium instead of 10% on Real Property Sales.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE PAYMENT BY THE 5TH BUSINESS DAY AND PICK UP AWARDED ITEM(S) BY THE 7TH BUSINESS DAY AFTER RECEIVING NOTICE OF AWARD (NOA)OF THE WINNING BID.
WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS. BUYER MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP ITEMS.

The Notice of Award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up or Bullhead City will not release the item to you.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s) if necessary
