Awarded winner must present a valid photo I.D. for payment and pickup. If an individual other than the awarded winner is to pay for and/or pick-up the item(s), awarded bidder must provide the district with a written and signed letter of authorization to conduct business on winner's behalf. This letter must include a copy of the awarded winner's photo identification, and must be provided to Asset Management prior to payment and pick up.
There will be a 7% buyer's premium and a 1% seller's premium for a total of 8% added to all purchases made.
Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility (PLEASE thoroughly read our terms and conditions). No assistance of removal of item(s) by the seller will be provided.

Sale of all surplus property is, as is and where is, with all faults and without warranty. No refunds or adjustments will be made on any award(s). TUSD reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered. By placing bid, buyer agrees to all terms of sale.
Payment and pick up of items must be completed within five (5) working days from the Public Surplus "Notice of Award" email. Appointments for pickup are required. Last appointment for scheduled pickup is at 1:00pm, loading of items must be completed by 2:00pm. If winning bidder sends 3rd party to pay or pick-up item(s), buyer must provide the district with a written and signed letter authorizing 3rd party to conduct business on the winner's behalf. This letter must include a copy of the buyer's photo ID and must be provided to Asset Management prior to pickup.
TUSD collects all payments. Accepted forms of payment are online (American Express not accepted), Cashier's Check or Money Order made payable to TUSD.
If available, TUSD employees may assist with loading using forklift or pallet jack only. Winning bidder responsible for set up and all costs of shipping item(s). TUSD will not assist with any packaging/preparation for shipping or loading. If item is being shipped TUSD will require Shipping Company's contact information. Winning bidder is responsible to ensure that shipping company driver will load their vehicle. TUSD employees will not enter shipping company's vehicle or trailer.
