PAYMENT
Public Processing, LLC (Publicsurplus.com) handles all payments for the Town of Gilbert by wire transfer or credit card. No cash, checks, or money orders will be accepted. Payment must occur within five (5) business days after the closing of the auction. Failure to pay for an award within five (5) business days of auction closing may result in award loss. Auction may be awarded to the next highest bidder of the item(s) or be relisted for auction.
PICK UP
Pickup must occur within ten (10) business days after the auction closes. Failure to pick up the item(s) within ten (10) business days of the auction closing may result in forfeiture of payment and relisting of the auction item.
Pick-Up Instructions: We are at 644 Freestone Pkwy, Gilbert, AZ 85234. Pick-up: Monday-Thurs. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
**Award winners must bring whatever manpower, strapping material, or tie-downs are needed to load and secure auction item(s) safely, or pick-up may be refused. **
The original award winner will be responsible for picking up and removing auction item(s) from the agency's premises. The “original award winner” will be determined by photo ID and the bidder’s online profile information.
**Award winners must present a valid photo ID & paid receipt to pick up the awarded item.**
**Any third party who picks up an award must have prior approval through email. Third-party pick-up must present a payment receipt and a photo ID that matches the information given regarding pick-up by the original award winner. Note: TOG does not ship auction wins. No exceptions.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Town of Gilbert may charge a sales tax of 8.3%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
